The Damen Silos is located in Chicago. You can see this on the I55 near the Damen exit.

Look familiar? It’s bound for anyone to pass by a vacant lot or abandoned building. Unused property attracts shady trespassers which can lead to things such as vandalism. 

Now imagine this. An abandoned building cleared out or a vacant lot cleaned up. This setting is better!

Let's say you were given the funding and advantage to restore or built on a problematic area in your community or in the picture above. What would you put there? Maybe a skate park, shopping area, or condo's.
